What has human research found?
One eight-week trial studied a standardised 500mg shilajit extract in 63 active men. In a stronger subgroup, the men taking it retained more strength after a fatigue test than those taking a placebo. PurePharm resin was not used in the study, and human evidence is still limited. Read the study.
What is the difference between 15g and 40g?
Both jars contain the same resin. Start with 15g for R500 or choose 40g for the best value.
What does it taste like?
It's earthy, bitter and smoky. Warm water gives you the plainest version. But tea or milk softens the taste.
How do I pay, and when will it arrive?
