Use about 0.4g once a day.
Stir into warm water, tea or milk until it disappears. Not boiling water. Some people take it straight under the tongue.
Take it at roughly the same time each day. Many customers prefer mornings.

Stir a pea-sized amount of resin, about 0.4g, into warm water. Add a spoon of honey to soften the bitter, earthy taste. Use warm water, not boiling water.
The honey is raw, unheated and unfiltered. Natural crystallisation may happen over time. Stand the closed jar in warm water to loosen it again.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and anyone taking chronic medication, should speak to a health professional before using shilajit. Honey is not suitable for children under twelve months. This is a complementary product, not a medicine.
