Sidr honey is made from nectar gathered from the Sidr tree. This jar is sourced from Yemen, packed raw and left unheated.
It is thick and deep gold, with warm caramel notes and a mild herbal finish. The flavour is fuller than an everyday blossom honey.
Eat it from the spoon, stir it into warm water, or add it to yoghurt and breakfast. Let very hot drinks cool slightly before adding raw honey.
Raw Yemeni Sidr honey. Nothing else is added.
