Purified Himalayan shilajit resin. No fillers, no capsules, no flavourings, no bulking agents. The full report for the batch is published on this site, and the resin is sold by weight.
15g at 0.4g a day is about 37 days. That works out at roughly R13.50 a day.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and anyone on chronic medication, should speak to a health professional first. This is a complementary product, not a medicine.
About 0.4g, roughly the size of a pea, once a day. More is not better. The trials that exist used 250 to 500 mg daily.
Stir into warm water, tea or milk until it disappears. Not boiling water. Some people take it straight under the tongue.
Once a day, ideally in the morning. Most people judge it somewhere in week two or three, not on day one.
Four containers. Three 40g jars of purified Himalayan shilajit resin and one 1.5kg tub of raw South African honey. It’s the largest set we do, and it suits people who’ve already tried the resin and would rather not reorder every three months. If you’ve never taken shilajit, start with a single jar instead.
Bought one at a time, those four containers come to R3317. That’s R999 a jar for the resin and R320 for the honey. The set is R2850, so R467 comes off the total. And the honey drops with the jars instead of going in at full price, because packing one box costs us less than packing four.
Each 40g jar holds roughly 100 pea-sized doses of about 400 mg, one a day. Three jars is 300 days. So a little under ten months if you don’t skip, which puts the whole set just under R10 a day.
Same resin we sell on its own, from batch 250915, tested at an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. Lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium came back not detected. Fulvic acid measured 35g/100g by titration, and 97.2% of it dissolved in warm water. But numbers on a product page are easy to type. The certificate we publish covers this batch, and that’s the only reason any of them are worth reading.
It’s a complementary product, not a medicine. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or on chronic medication, speak to a health professional first.
Raw South African honey, unheated and unfiltered. Nothing added, and never blended with syrup. It’ll set solid in the cupboard somewhere around month three. That’s raw honey behaving normally rather than a fault, and standing the tub in warm water for twenty minutes loosens it again. Keep it out of the fridge and use a dry spoon. Not suitable for infants under twelve months.
At 1.5kg this is a kitchen tub rather than a tasting jar. Spread across the same 300 days it works out at about 5g a day, near enough a level teaspoon, on toast or in tea or straight off the spoon.
Delivery on this order is free and tracked, one to three working days, and PayFast takes cards or Instant EFT.
Good quality. Not mixed with glucose and honey like other brands.
Much better value for money when you understand that this is much more concentrated.
Impressed with the service. Friendly, helpful, and gave good information.
